The founder and CEO of Noble Eightfold established the firm in 2009. The intent was to bring to fruition a boutique white-glove negotiation firm specializing in Technology Contracts. Mrs. Perez began her career dealing with vendors for a major retailer in the United States. It was throughout this experience that she acquired a keen sense of the necessary structure for successful negotiations as well as developing an awareness for the importance of the client/vendor relationship.
Based on this experience she sought to fill a void in the industry by establishing a firm that is recognized for the elite experience it provides to each client. For the past 10 years she has dedicated herself to negotiating wireline, wireless, technology expense management, mobile device management, as well as hardware and software enterprise agreement contracts. She has established protocols that have saved her clients millions of dollars on a year over year basis. Mrs. Perez has worked with clients across all industries including consulting, financial services, insurance and brokerage firms, always guaranteeing that her clients receive ultimate savings and enhanced client support services. For Mrs. Perez, negotiation is a gateway not only to savings, but to the restructuring of relationships via a mutually beneficial approach.
Mrs. Perez has a notable academic, and practical background in technology contract negotiation. Upon receiving a Bachelor of Arts from Fordham University and a Master of Science from College of Mount Saint Vincent, she went on to Columbia University to complete post graduate credits. Noble Eightfold’s founder understands the importance and impact of remaining current on all negotiation topics and has maintained a commitment towards continuous coursework in the field. As such, she has completed the Harvard Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School, in addition, to the University of Notre Dame Mendoza College Executive Certified Program in Negotiation. She has been admitted to the Harvard Negotiation Master Class with the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School (https://www.pon.harvard.edu/).
